Ponlop’s Handy Flow Chart for Dealing with your Emotions

I’m happy to share with you (free!) the handy flow chart provided to those who attended Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche’s talk and weekend retreat. This handy flow chart tells you what decisions to make when you fee overwhelmed by your emotions and you don’t know what to do. I suggest that practitioners use the chart in conjunction with his book,¬†Emotional Rescue: How to work with your emotions to transform hurt and confusion into energy that empowers you, which is available in hardcover from Penguin Random House, Inc. and at Amazon.ca for $34.60 Cdn; Audio CD for $38.00. A Kindle version is available at Amazon.ca for $18.99. I am waiting for the softcover myself, which should be out next year.
