Ven. Rathana Presents Buddhist Declaration

Ven. Rathana from Sri Lanka presents Buddhist Statement to French president  This is the only evidence I have that the Buddhist Declaration on Climate Change was presented in Paris. I still can’t find the story, but I found this Tweet from #Buddhists4Climate from Dec. 10, 2015.
