Atlantic Contemplative Centre Events at Halifax Central Library

Dear Atlantic Mindful Network,

As previously noted, the ACC and the Central Library will be co-hosting A SERIES OF THREE PRESENTATIONS AT THE HALIFAX CENTRAL LIBRARY. These presentations, scheduled at 7pm on three consecutive Tuesdays, are free and intended for anyone interested in the application of mindfulness in society.

• Mindfulness and Mental Health – David Whitehorn and Laura Burke Mar 8^th
• Mindfulness at Work – Joe Litven and Julia Sable Mar 15^th

The Library is asking that anyone planning on attending each of the March sessions pre-register by visiting the Welcome Desk at the Halifax Central Library, or by phoning 902-490-5706.  They do not have an online registration system.
